FAA Part 107 Class #2 Completed at OSU-OKC. 18 hours of both FAA basic regulations and rules coupled with basic "hands on" flying during several Flight Labs. Final Flight Lab for our students enrolled in the OSU-OKC Part 107 Class. Students were tasked with flying various mission in our own custom airspace. Designed to make students use what they've learned in class to fly the missions. We all had a great time. And the latest edition to our Drone Instructor staff at OSU-OKC, Jake McBride. Jake is an old friend and Drone flying buddy now turned colleague, instructor. We are currently working on a future class on drones and there use on today's construction site. Stay tuned for more.

Once again... You never know who'll show up at the drone store. This distinguished looking group of gentlemen came in all the way from the Congo... There were 3 other Congo Tourist not pictured. Nice group of guys. Wish I could have understood more. My 3 and 4th language skills getting rusty...lol.

My next FAA Part 107 Test Prep Class starts next Monday night. Enrollment is still open. This class is an in depth dive into all you need to know to pass your FAA Part 107 Test and now more. I've developed this class to cover all the SUAS rules and regulations and then reinforces that material through Flight Labs, hands on flying. American Drones then and now

American Drones is just another average Oklahoma drone shop. As Oklahoma drone shops go any way. American Drones was first formed back 2013. Originally operated from a bedroom office in a small home. In the beginning American Drones custom built drones to meet the operators needs. In fact 4 multi-rotor aircraft units were granted 333 exemptions and COA’s. In fact these exemptions were some of the earliest granted under commercial license. So time goes by and the next thing you know a couple of drone repairs turns into stream that never runs dry. Biggest of thanks to our loyal customers.

So this year American Drones opened a retail location. We still build custom drones. Tell us what you want to do with that drone and we’ll build you the best option or steer you in the right direction. Repair work continues to come in. Jake Macky is now head of all repairs at American Drones. Jake takes every job on like it’s a personal challenge to make the aircraft perfect... again.

Jacob is an expert in his field. He has the diversity of skill that makes him a wicked builder of “FPV” and “Race” quads. But yet he still understands the electronics that make a stable camera or inspection platform what it is
