I’m sure all of you have heard there is so much going around, so I figured I would share some things that may help you if you or your family get sick!!

Mullein Ectract: relieves inflammation, lung health support, loosens mucus, reduces cough

Elderberry- antiviral (quercetin), antioxidant

Colloidal Silver- literally everything

Vitamin C- boosts immune system

Zinc- activating immune cells (T-cells), blocks viral replication, essentially "opening" pathways or enabling enzymatic functions needed for vitamins to work effectively within your cells

Oregano- antiviral, antibiotic

B-12 - energy, helps balance immune responses to better fight viral infections

Vitamin D- essential vitamin for all things healthwise
