An integrated model, a system where ALL parties involved in the athlete’s performance, can be a monumental step toward breaking potential barriers and challenges toward the peak performance of an athlete.

This is another way we are different at SIF. We seek to work with other professionals and find where we fit. We do this to help not double dip (overtrain) an athlete.

Parents, we encourage you to connect with all parties, if possible. A common thread of athlete safety and well being should be the drive of all professionals involved.

We celebrate WINS 🎉 in a special way here.

We reported last week that was announced as MVP for her team. Saturday we had her sign her picture to go on up on our wall.

This is something we do for all our athletes that spend time here and demonstrate exceptional character.
