Expecting moms this one is for you!!

We are so excited to host Mrs. Robin Spaid for her Spinning Babies class on Saturday March 28th from 9:00am-12:00pm! Robin is a certified birth doula and spinning babies instructor. These classes are designed to give you and your partner practical tools to prepare you for birth. You will learn gentle movements and positions to help create balance and room for baby to find the best position for labor.

You will leave with a toolkit of skills you can use at home and during labor and delivery to make for a smoother more comfortable birth experience.
