Standing Forward Fold – Stand with feet hip-width apart, slowly bend forward at the hips, and let your arms dangle like a spooky ghost. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then slowly roll back up.

This stretch helps release tension in your spine and hamstrings, keeping you loose and limber for all your Halloween fun!
