I am offering a 2 day Life Coaching event to introduce tools for optimal success in the upcoming year.

We will discuss and practice:

Hello everyone! I will be unavailable next week, closed for the holiday. Your messages will be returned the following week.

I gave many of my clients notice that I may have to practice differently, following HIE passing July 1st. Good news…I will be able to continue to schedule individual psychotherapy and bill insurance through July. Additionally, I will have a few openings for new clients. My physical office did officially close, and all sessions will be remote teletherapy.

You are all amazing, and I appreciate working with you! Happy 4th of July! Stay aware and accountable for your mental and physical health!

As many of you know, my office mate is moving further into retirement and closing my location. As this parallels the possibility of HIE Act implementation by the state, I will be making significant changes to my practice in July and August.
