Good morning!! I wanted to inform my clients that I'll be doing a price increase on October 1st. The increase will be $10 for my 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min massages. The new rate will be $55 (30 min), $85 (60 min) , and $115 (90).

Since Abigail's (Blessed Be Massage) is an independent contractor, her prices will stay the same $45 (30), $75 (60 min), $105 (90 min)

I would also like to remind our clients of our policies for No Call, No Shows and cancellations.

A No Call No Show is somebody that doesn't show up or call in regards to their appointment. I understand things happen, but please remember we do not get paid by the hour, so we dont get paid for that time that was blocked off for your appointment. Our time is very valuable. So we could've filled that with another client, where we would have received payment for that service. Which is why we bill full price for the service that was booked. This is also why those text reminders are sent out.

Cancellations - we ask for atleast 24hour notice. Again, I completely understand that things come up and may be even the morning of but if that is the case , please let us know as soon as possible. Its really hard to fill an appointment if we find out 2 hours prior to the appointment. Especially if we are working back to back with other clients we may not even see your cancellation until 30 min prior your appointment time. So when we do get a cancellation that is not within that 24 hours, we bill half price for the service that is booked.

If you have any questions please let me know. And if something happens that your aren't getting your text reminders, please tell us so we can update your phone numbers so you can get those notifications.
