It's that time of the year again! Pollen is in the air, and it's affecting many of us with seasonal allergies. Allergies can manifest in many different ways, from sneezing and congestion to itchy eyes and even hives. If you're feeling the effects of pollen this spring, here are some tips to help manage your allergies:

1. Stay indoors as much as possible, especially on days with high pollen counts.

2. Use air conditioning in your home and car to help filter out pollen.

3. Take an antihistamine or use a steroid nasal spray to help reduce symptoms.

4. Shower and change clothes after being outside to remove pollen from your body.
