We celebrate Lori Saitz’s birthday!!! This I am so excited for as Lori is an all around phenomenal human! Thanks Chris Schembra 🍝 for Gratitude Dinners!

Monday, I’m leading a session in a private master mind all about “Vital health & Energetic Longevity” This session we will talk about why it’s so important to understand our nervous system, the signals our body is sending us, and how we act on those signals.

Sadly, I will miss Brian Lafontaine’s Virtual Speak Easy event however you should absolutely attend this if you are refining your speaking skills! Plus really great humans attend! Never know who you’ll meet! (maybe even grab a great future date 😅 IYKYK)

The Chakra Sound Journey
A Transformative Morning of Sound & Energy Healing

Join us for a deeply restorative experience designed to balance and awaken your chakra system. We’ll begin by setting a sacred space with an opening prayer and grounding meditation, followed by Yoga Nidra to prepare the body and mind for the sound journey.

You’ll then be gently guided through each of the seven chakras using breathwork, visualization, and affirmations—supported by the powerful frequencies of crystal sound bowls, each attuned to its corresponding energy center.

This is more than a sound bath—it’s a guided energetic reset, helping you release blockages, activate inner alignment, and reconnect with your natural flow.

We’ll close in stillness to integrate the healing frequencies, followed by a final prayer to seal the energy of the journey.
