We are excited to have Carolyn Blair join our team at THE YOGA BARRE of LKN😀. JOIN HER FRIDAY AT 6PM for YOGA FLOW. About Carolyn: I am a wife, a mom, and an elementary school teacher. I enjoy the outdoors, especially running and hiking. I have been practicing yoga since 2012, and I loved how it relaxed my body and mind. Yoga has made me stronger both physically and mentally. The practice helps me slow down and reflect on what I need. Yoga helps me be a more thoughtful and kind human. I took yoga teacher training in 2020 in hopes to guide others to find their own inner strengths and possibilities.
