👋🏼 Hey mama!
This is just your friendly reminder that it’s hotter than heck outside and just like you need extra fluids to stay hydrated, so does your little one!
If you find that baby is asking to nurse more than usual, embrace it. They are just trying to stay hydrated like the rest of us. 🫶🏼🤍

📣EXCITING NEWS!!!
We are partnering with our friends at MilkGuide!! This new partnership will allow us to:
• Be able to accept even more insurance plans 😍
• Allow families to now use their insurance benefit to cover group classes (I can’t wait to get some Babywearing classes on the calendar & I have some new classes coming soon) 😁
• Avoid the absurd visit limits that TLN is placing on nearly all BCBS plans 👏🏼
• Have your scheduling, billing, & care plans all in one place 👍🏽
• Support a company that priorities God, family, and doing the right thing for growing families 🙏🏼

When I first met this sweet family, their little one was 5 months old and falling off the growth chart. With lots of support and a strong feeding plan, he is now up to the 50th percentile and is such a happy and healthy one year old! 🥹🩵 Grow baby, grow!

Happy IBCLC Day to my fellow breasties! 🤍

I’m especially grateful to hold that title this year after all the work that I (and my fellow colleagues) put in to help minimize the infant feeding crisis in Western North Carolina caused by Hurricane Helene.

Our little operation sent over 50,000 ounces of donor breast milk, twelve deep freezers stuffed to the brim, endless amounts of warm sleepers, blankets, manual breast pumps, bottles, quick clean wipes, safe feeding kits, milk storage bags, formula, baby food, coolers… the list goes on.
Once the donation operations settled down, I finally had time to get my boots on and provide hands on support to families in WNC, an experience I will forever cherish! 🤍
