The last 10 months have arguably been some of the most stressful in my life. Starting a business, starting a non-profit, firing a business partner, finding the right employees, relying on God to keep our businesses alive, becoming the primary care giver to my father-in-law, and more.
I have not been to the gym in nearly a year, but as you can see from the pic, my physical results, in light of the challenges, are short of amazing. Literally without even trying - how? Walking in zone 2 & 3 daily, eating gluten free, eliminating cow milk, and drinking Amare Happy Juice. 🥤
