Pilates is an excellent addition to an athlete’s training routine! It builds a powerful, stable core, improves flexibility, balance and coordination, and promotes efficient movement, all while reducing injury risk by correcting muscle imbalances and enhancing body awareness. It also aids in faster recovery by increasing mobility and range of motion.

So really, there’s no reason why athletes shouldn’t do Pilates! 😉🙌

✨What do you like to do when you’re not at the studio?
Read, spend time with my family (Bill and 2 sons Cameron who is a jr at UNC and Bryson who is a Sophomore at APP and my 2 doodles (Josie and Lulu) work on crafts for my non-profit and go to the mountains

✨What is your favorite Pilates exercise?
Feet in straps- of course! ;) A close 2nd is jumpboard

✨What is your LEAST favorite Pilates exercise?
Moving side planks- Star

✨What do you love about 15 to Fit Method Pilates?
The staff and clients at the studio are incredibly friendly, creating a warm, inviting, and laid-back environment that’s always enjoyable.

✨What do you love about working with the clients at 15 to Fit?
Because my communication with clients typically involves billing or renewals, my relationship is a little different from the instructors’. Even so, I try to find the best remedy and make sure every client feels taken care of!

While learning the curriculum, each student is encouraged to find their own unique teaching voice.

Patrea Aeschliman, the owner of 15 to Fit Method Pilates, is our Balanced Body Educator! She has been coaching and teaching for 40 years, and she has so much knowledge to offer! Starting in January, we will be offering Introductory Semi-Private Sessions! That means you can come try 15 to Fit in a small group setting - never more than 6 people in a class!

For just $19, you can experience the difference of a session at 15 to Fit Method Pilates. Choose the Introductory Semi-Private Session option if:
✨You are new to Reformer Pilates
✨You have experience doing Reformer Pilates, but not at 15 to Fit
✨You haven’t been to 15 to Fit for awhile and you’d like to rejoin (welcome back!)
✨You may have some aches and pains, but are overall healthy and don’t have physical limitations.

In January, Introductory Semi-Private Sessions will be offered Mondays at 6:30pm, Wednesdays at 10:30am, and Saturdays at 11:30am. We can't wait to meet you!
