Hiring part time secretary.

2-3 days per week.

Duties include checking patient in, answering phones, taking payment, registering patients/entering patient insurance, working in electronic medical record system with patient documents/communicating with doctors offices, answering phones and scheduling, tracking purchase orders and following/sending MD documentation.

Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 8-4ish (possibly 5:30), this flexes depending on day. Potential for more hours as business increases.

Experience is a plus, but no experience necessary.

As I build Wound Therapy in Mooresville, I’m watching us do great things. I’m watching God work. Watching Him grow us. It’s super exciting! I’m amazed at how things fall into place. I’m grateful and humbled each day.

By His grace, I am two times board certified to give providers and patients the confidence to trust us with their wounds! We’re building and training therapists with the hope that some day patients being admitted to the hospital for wounds will not be common! If you know anyone who can’t heal ANY wound after 4 weeks, we want to help!!

Recently, we started helping in independent and assisted living facilities too. Love this! Working on reimbursement for long term care, hoping we can figure it out soon. If anyone has experience or suggestions for outpatient PT reimbursement in ECF, I’m open to them!

Wounds, weeping, cellulitis?? All can be prevented and managed by a wound specialist. We have to stop with the antibiotics and start treating the root of the problem. Antibiotic resistance means the medicine will no longer work to fight the bacteria. Then what??
