Have you heard of a Net Promoter Score (NPS)? It's a metric to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty by asking a single question: "How likely is it that you would recommend our Practice to family or friends?"

Patients are sent a survey after each visit, and we're proud to say that both Dr. Kingsley and Dr. Scharbius had an NPS of 100 for Quarter 3, 2024! This means that 100% of the patients that answered the survey from July - September would recommend these doctors to family and friends.
