I’m a massage therapist who cares about helping people feel better in their everyday lives. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science which gives me a strong understanding of how the body works and how to work with it in a meaningful way.

I’m excited to join Opti Health Lake Norman. It’s a place that’s focused on holistic wellness and somewhere that truly supports people on their path to feeling their best. I’m grateful to be part of a team that values recovery and long-term health.

Every session I offer is shaped around the person in front of me. Some people come in with pain. Others want better movement or a quiet space to breathe and reset. No matter the reason, my goal is to create a calm therapeutic experience that helps your body settle and feel supported.

I want each person to leave feeling more balanced and more at ease in their own movement.
