Our American Academy of Pediatric Board Certified Physicians have over 75 combined years of pediatric and adolescent experience & training. 'tis the season... for GERMS! Remember to keep those hands clean!

Washing your hands is easy, and it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs. Follow these five steps every time.

1- Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
2- Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
3- Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
4- Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
5- Dry your hands using a clean towel or an air dryer.

It's a busy time of year! And we all get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season.

Just a friendly reminder when making your appointment... We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We understand sometimes things happen beyond your control that may cause you to be late. However, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule if you arrive late for your appointment.

Our practice makes every effort to run on time with appointments, as we believe everyone’s time is equally valuable.

We are so thankful for all of our patients and their families. We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Our office will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 28th and 29th. We will be back to our regular hours on Monday, December 2nd.

Flu vaccinations are in - Please call the office to schedule your child's influenza shot. Walk-in clinics will be available from 2-4:30pm beginning October 21st.

It has been an incredible journey serving as a healthcare provider at Center for Peds & Adolescent Medicine for the past twenty years. I will be retiring on September 1, 2024.

Witnessing the growth and well-being of each child under my care has been a source of immense joy and pride.

I want to express my deepest gratitiude for allowing me to be a part of your lives. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this community.
