1️⃣ Myth: It’s a weight-loss shortcut. Truth: Lipo is for contouring, not the scale. It’s designed to remove stubborn pockets of fat that diet and exercise can't touch. Think "sculpting," not "slimming."
2️⃣ "How long is the recovery, really?" Truth: Most patients are back to "desk job" life in 3–5 days. You’ll feel like you had a very intense workout, but you'll be mobile quickly! Full gym activity usually resumes around week 4.
3️⃣ Myth: The fat just grows back elsewhere. Truth: Once we remove those fat cells, they are gone for good. While you can still gain weight in remaining cells, your new "shape" is permanent as long as you maintain a stable lifestyle.
4️⃣ Myth: It fixes cellulite. Truth: Lipo removes fat under the skin, but it doesn't change the skin’s surface texture. If skin tightening is your goal, we often pair Lipo with other treatments for the perfect finish.
