“Your Yoga & Wellness Experience” We offer fitness style classes such as Barre Fusion, Yogalates, and Yoga Sculpt.

We are a traditional yoga studio located in downtown Mooresville, dedicated to our clients health and wellness. We offer many different styles of traditional yoga, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Gentle / Restorative. We provide a variety of bodywork including Swedish, Deep Tissue / NMT, and Pregnancy massages. We have enhancements such as Cupping, Guasha, and Hot Stones as well as Kinesio taping. Finally we offer individual Thai Yoga sessions.

We are a traditional yoga studio located in downtown Mooresville, dedicated to our clients health and wellness with therapeutic style or functional yoga classes such as Yin, Restorative and Gentle. In addition, we also have Vinyasa or flow classes, Hatha style classes, as well as warmed yoga classes, Yoga Sculpt, Barre and Yogalates. We offer Thai Yoga sessions, as well as a variety of massage and bodywork including Swedish massage, Hot Stone, Prenatal massage, Deep Tissue / NMT, Cupping, Ashiatsu, Kinesio taping, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.
