This summer, LKN Wellness’ own Margaret & Jonathan Almond experienced a terrifying near-drowning accident with their daughter.

We pray no one ever has to go through something like this — but if it does happen, we want every parent, caregiver, and loved one to be prepared to act in that critical, life-or-death moment.” ~Margaret
