Happy National Nurse Practitioner Week! We are so thankful for Nick Osborne, NP and all that he does for our residents here at Miller’s Merry Manor. Instead of our residents having to brave the winter weather for appointments, Nick meets them where they are, right here at home. He is consistently providing compassionate care, expert guidance, and a friendly smile.

Miller's Merry Manor - Mooresville and Miller's in Plymouth received the Bronze Quality Award from the American Health Care Association. Our Executive Director, Natalie Peterson, accepted the award last month at the AHCA National Conference. Congratulations to our campus!

Our Admissions Director and Community Relations Director had a monstrously good time visiting our local case managers, who were all dressed as characters from Monsters Inc.!

Today we celebrate an amazing therapy milestone! Tammie is putting in hard work during gait training using the parallel bars. She is building strength, balance, and confidence with every step. Rehabilitation is all about progress, not perfection, and we're so proud to see this determination in action.

Resident spotlight!

Judy is currently working with physical therapy and has hit some important milestones recently. When asked about her experience in therapy Judy said, "Everyone is very nice in therapy and I enjoy going. They know me so well down there it's like a social party when I see them."

Our therapy team is dedicated to helping each patient reach their highest level of independence. In this photo, Katrina Polikoff, RPT, is assisting one of our patients is working on improving her ability to climb steps.

For many of our rehab patients this can be a key part of returning home with confidence. We are proud of the progress our residents make through our personalized therapy and the support of our skilled rehabilitation team.
