We often say we don’t have time to take care of ourselves. Please remember any amount of time you invest in your physical, mental or spiritual health is worth its weight in gold.

In 10 minutes I accomplished a lot:

Breathing
Gratitude Practice
Meditation
Worship Music for Spiritual Health
Water with a drop of lime EO

My advice if you want to initiate or ramp your health journey is to start small, and give yourself plenty of grace.

coalescence....a journey

It's been about 3 months.....I sincerely hope you are all doing well. I really miss seeing everyone, but it's been a fun and busy few months here.

About a month ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to go to a Wellness Weekend in Bloughton, SC where the incredible DEEPAK CHOPRA was the keynote speaker!! While I am still reflecting on all of the amazing things I learned and experienced, I wanted to share some of them with you all.

I don't feel like the core of my being will ever let go of that feeling and desire to help and inspire others. I believe through truths and vulnerability that this is possible and I will continue to do so. It seems in my life this shifts and looks different every couple of years. With that said, for the time being I am going to explore using social media as an avenue to do so. I have changed my pages to coalescence living.

I was waiting for the perfect name or the perfect time or the perfect idea....but I have also learned that PERFECTIONISM ROBS YOU FROM LIFE. So I am throwing this out there now. I used to believe that I needed a certain status, the perfect body, or a certain number of people...but it turns out the people that I care about most are the ones I truly want to uplift and serve....my family and my friends (you are my friends :)

A presenter at the Wellness Weekend asked us how WE possibly could change the world. The answer was BY THE PEOPLE THAT WERE IN THAT VERY ROOM. The movers and the shakers and the passionate ones.
THAT WAS SO INCREDIBLY POWERFUL!!!! WOW!!! ME, US!!!!! YES!!!!

I wholeheartedly believe that this can happen through a ripple effect. Touching just one life or one heart at a time....just like water. The beauty of this is that it does not have tot be all at once, and it certainly doesn't have to be perfect. It's a journey and sacredness is found in what is real.

I will be forever grateful for the journey that I am on and the paths I have crossed with you. GRATITUDE OPENS THE DOOR TO THE POWER, THE WISDOM, THE CREATIVITY OF THE UNIVERSE.. YOU OPEN THE DOOR THROUGH GRATITUDE. ~ DEEPAK CHOPRA

Bloom: A beautiful

Here we are.....May knocking on the door.
I hope that we can all say that we have
"grown through what we have gone through" this past year.

May is the month that symbolizes the celebration of life and fertility. May honors all potentials and the energy of creation itself. Purity, sincerity, goodness and unconditional love are also representative of May.

Yoga with Lindsay Robertson will be moving back outside this month. We were blessed to have her in the studio while the weather was cold, but since it's warming back up she will be teaching her amazing classes outdoors on the Carolina Grace Yacht in Cornelius. They will still be on Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. (You'll likely run into me there :)
