Welcome to Eyes on Lake Norman Optometry, Lake Norman’s premier Optometry practice and Optical Center There is no place like home!

Dr. Sugarman is excited to return to Mooresville where his family has been providing health care for over 20 years. After graduating from Mooresville Senior High School, Dr. Jonathan Sugarman went on to earn his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then earned his Optometry Doctorate at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. His externship training included pediatrics in Charleston, low vision in Philadelphia, and ocular disease at the VA hospital in Salisbury, NC. Following graduation in 2010, he accepted a position at a group practice in Charlotte where he worked until returning to Mooresville in 2013. Dr. Sugarman currently resides in Mooresville with his wife Kelly, son Sam, daughter Kate, and their golden retriever, Wallace.

Happy Thanksgiving week! Our office will be closing at 12pm on Wednesday, November 26th, and will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th to celebrate with our families.

We’ve started the move! Just a reminder, our office will be closed next week, September 22-26. If you have any questions, please call and leave a voice mail as we will be monitoring it as often as we can!

We're making big plans for our move next month! Our new address will be 136 Corporate Park Dr, Suite C! However, the front entrance door of the office faces Plantation Ridge Dr in front of the Lowe's YMCA! Parking will be available in the front or side of the building!
