About the Doctor:
Dr. Kristine DeBoer has been practicing in the Lake Norman area over 16 years and started Regional Chiropractic Center in March 2010. She graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC in 2005. Prior to that, she graduated from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan in 2001, with a Bachelors in Exercise and Health Science where she also played college basketball for four years. Her undergraduate degree included internships in a Physical Therapy Rehab clinic and focused heavily on physical rehabilitation for neuromuscular injuries, and that carries through to her practice now. “I believe the body is a dynamic structure and neuromuscular injuries are dynamic in nature. I believe soft tissue rehab is just as important as aligning and adjusting the spine. Every patient is unique and therefore their treatment plans are unique to them. I don’t believe in cookie cutter treatments or adjusting. At my office you can expect a Doctor who listens, and truly focuses on getting you better as quick as possible. I utilize many different adjusting techniques and the office is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. I use modalities like electrical stimulation, intersegmental traction, ultrasound, flexion/distraction which is a light form of spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, massage therapy, the Kinesio Taping Method, and Foot Levelers Spinal Pelvic Stabilizer inserts to name a few. Due to the upcoming Snow/Sleet/Ice this weekend, we have decided to close the office on Monday, Jan 26th. It does appear we WILL get some precipitation this weekend that will freeze and the biggest issue for us is our parking lot. We do NOT have a quickly thawing parking lot even with salt/brine down. Additionally, some of our staff drive from 45 min+ on good roads to get here, and we want everyone to stay safe. We are actively calling and moving our Monday appts to later in the week, or we do have availability this week. This is much easier for everyone to proactively plan ahead instead of scrambling to move everyone last min on Monday if roads are bad, our parking lot is an ice rink or any power outages. Stay warm, stay safe, here's to hoping for some fun snow, a snow day and everyone's power stays on 🙂 Please give us a call to schedule or reschedule! 704-664-1031

We are keeping an eye on this weekend's snow and ice and what that looks like for next Monday, Jan 26. We are highly recommending scheduling appts Wednesday through Friday next week. Please be advised that by the end of the week anyone with Monday appts, we may reach out and move you to later in the week.
