Dr. Mounzer is a well-respected, compassionate Physician and Surgeon who made his transition from Urology to Coaching and Mindfulness Training. He is a talented teacher, facilitator, mentor, professional coach, and author. He is a certified Mindfulness teacher and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He holds a Master’s degree in spiritual psychology with Emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing. He has been facilitating workshops on Health, Healing and Stress Management since 1993. He uses his compassion and caring to support his colleagues, clients, patients, and students to reach their potential in their personal and professional development. Self-Awareness is the key to Inner Freedom. Today is the third day of the ngentle reset. it is about self-compassion — the art of treating yourself with the same kindness you’d offer a dear friend. Too often we speak harshly to ourselves, expecting perfection. But healing begins when we offer ourselves understanding instead of judgment.
Today’s Practice:
Place your hand over your heart. Take three slow breaths. Silently repeat: May I be kind to myself. May I be patient with myself. May I accept myself as I am.

It’s free, short and right to the point. Today was about presence and we did a body scan meditation.
Tomorrow Aug 9 is about letting go, — not by forcing, but by allowing. Think of it as gently placing down a heavy bag you’ve been carrying. This could be a thought, an expectation, or an old story that keeps you stuck.
We will do a progressive muscle relaxation meditation.

Hey everyone
It has been a while since shared, my WhatsApp account was hacked, and now restored with double security.
We had a trip to Alaska which was amazing. The highlight of our trip was Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights. It happens when particles from solar eruptions bombard earth's magnetic field. An amazing phenomena creating multiple colorful strings of light.
We are colorful Souls having a Human Experience. We may think we are humans searching for Spiritual Awakening, when in fact we are Spiritual Being attempting to cope with Human Awakening.
