This is my way to share the real, everyday side of taking small steps to incorporate holistic ways to live a healthier life. I am working towards becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner & Wellness Coach that focuses on changing from the inside out - physically, mentally, & spiritually. Through graduate studies of Holistic Nutrition and personal experiences/learning I am following my passion to help others lead a balanced, healthy life. What matters is what I thought was healthy really wasn't and now I am dedicated to finding out what is, why, and how, so I can share this with others and help them on their paths. I welcome you to join me on this personal journey to live a healthier life more simply. The everyday life can get monotonous and put people in a lull, but with the right mindset and outlook each of us can change that for ourselves. There are many incredibly motivational and positive sources of information out there that I learn from on a daily basis. I will share some of their work with you and give them complete credit for their information and imagery. My goal is to really share personal insights, inspiring thoughts, useful knowledge, and ways for each of us to grow stronger in our individual environments and personal health journeys

I love learning and am excited to put purpose behind it all by helping others on a larger level. I am pursuing a M.S. in Holistic Nutrition at the American College of Healthcare Sciences and am a proud partner with Shaklee. These are the trusted vehicles I have chosen to guide me in taking my best steps to making an learning with quality and value.
