With Adont'e around, there is never a dull moment! From high-energy relay races to unforgettable sumo wrestling matches, you never know what exciting activity he'll come up with next.

Adont'e has been a dedicated and creative team member for the past three years. His passion for making life fun and engaging for our residents truly shines through.
When he's not at work, Adont'e enjoys spinning tracks as a DJ and watching basketball games.

We would like to acknowledge a vital component of The Springs, Our Occupational Therapy, Director of Rehabilitation ✨ Erica has been in her profession for 7 years and an integral part of Trilogy for over 5 years. Her personal experience with physical therapy following two knee surgeries, inspired her to pursue occupational therapy.

Erica has a deep affection for the geriatric population, noting their appreciation for regaining independence in meaningful occupations. She particularly values the supportive atmosphere at The Springs where everyone from nursing to housekeeping is helpful and collaborative.

Erica's colleagues in the therapy team have become like a second family to her. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her two-year-old, two dogs and husband, appreciating the outdoors during warm weather. Fun fact about Erica, she got married in Oahu Hawaii! 🌺

THANK YOU, Erica, your relentless passion for enhancing the lives of our residents at the springs is a shining example of compassion and dedication, you are a true treasure and your hard work is cherished by many!
