At this visit we go over some basics of breastfeeding as well as your individual health history to discuss possible impacts on breastfeeding.

Is this not your first baby but breastfeeding hasn't gone the way you've hoped in the past? We go in depth on why that may have happened and what you can do differently this time around to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.

You CAN breastfeed and doing a prenatal lactation education visit will help you get breastfeeding off to the best start possible!

Did you know that I offer specialized visits? Perfect for those of you who have breastfeeding figured out, but now are looking for guidance on the next steps!

In an effort to provide affordable, accessible lactation care for all, I’ve created a few visit options themed to a specific breastfeeding aspect. These are 30 minute office ($60) or virtual ($50) visits designed especially for those who choose to Self Pay for their care. These visits are designed for the lactating parent only to attend, in order to get the most out of our time.

Starting Solids
This visit is designed to help you navigate starting solids with your baby (best scheduled when baby is approximately five months old). We'll go over all the options, from purées and cereals to Baby Led Weaning, and answer your questions.

Last night my husband and I saw one of our most favorite bands (that hasn't toured since the 90s when one of the original members was killed in a car accident 😭) and it was everything I hoped for and never imagined I'd ever get to witness.

It got me thinking: what is your favorite band/musical artist? Do you have one that would bring you to tears if you saw live? That you turn on during important times in your life?

I can't wait to hear!
