Every year is another chance for learning and growth. While 2025 had its ups and downs, I'm still incredibly proud of the work I did, and I cannot wait to continue this work into 2026.

My office is officially closed! In an effort to look for the positive, I'm now available for lactation support visits in home for babies of all ages. I'm still offering prenatal education visits and shorter specialized visits.

As a reminder, I do accept some insurance plans and self-pay clients are welcome as well.

A fellow IBCLC in Minneapolis could use any support we can muster!

I want to say this plainly and with slight levity (hence the song choice)…

I do NOT like asking for help for myself — but this isn’t about me.

It’s about restoring access to care.

Early Wednesday morning, my mobile IBCLC office bag was stolen, taking over $2,500 worth of essential equipment that I use to support families every day. That equipment allows me to offer low-cost, culturally competent, and affirming lactation care and bodywork to all the families I serve — and especially my BIPOC and Q***r communities, who already face barriers to care.

Please share far and wide!

Office space available immediately in Moorhead. Super affordable at $490 for a little over 100sq feet, lease through October 2027. Quiet shared space with two other small, women-owned businesses, plenty of parking, and so easy to get to as it is right off the interstate.

At this visit we go over some basics of breastfeeding as well as your individual health history to discuss possible impacts on breastfeeding.

Is this not your first baby but breastfeeding hasn't gone the way you've hoped in the past? We go in depth on why that may have happened and what you can do differently this time around to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.

You CAN breastfeed and doing a prenatal lactation education visit will help you get breastfeeding off to the best start possible!

My husband is preparing some Freddy's Lefse for his work potluck tomorrow and we have a running argument about the proper sugar for topping lefse, so I thought I'd bring the question to the masses.
