Compassion Care is located within the Parkview Terrace Apartments in Moorhead. We are a housing with services property. Our resident aids provide assistance with home management task, medication administration, assistance with activities of daily living, and performing other delegated nursing tasks assigned by the RN Manager. We do not use lifts, we provide standby assistance only. Our office staff involves a RN Manager, LPN, Administrative Supervisor, and Lead Aid. We are looking to fill an Administrative Supervisor position due to our current employee being promoted to a different position.

The position is Monday thru Friday, no holidays.

The Administrative Supervisor should have a minimum of one year experience working as a CNA or resident aid, previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be reliable, meets competency standards with regards to completion of delegated nursing tasks, ability to work independently, demonstration of leadership qualities with regards to problem solving and interpersonal skills.

The Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for day to day operations of service delivery, service schedule task delegation, direct supervision of caregivers, hiring and interview process of new resident aids, on-call requirements may apply, payroll, ordering supplies, monthly scheduling of resident aids, confirming services for billing, setting up transportation for clients, aiding in Yardi software training/implementation, submitting background checks, manage Educare training for employees, admission of home management clients for services.

The Administrative Supervisor will address day to day concerns and may need to fill in open aid shifts on the floor if the shift cannot be filled by other means. The position involves oversight at the Parkview Terrace Apts in Moorhead and Parkmanor Apts in Detroit Lakes. The position involves traveling to Detroit Lakes for new employee orientation as needed and monthly filing needs. The Administrative Supervisor works closely with the RN Manager and LPN. Seeking a full-time LPN (40hrs per week), licensed in Minnesota, to work in a Housing with Services Setting, with a Senior/Disabled population. We are a Comprehensive Home Care Agency, Licensed by the State of Minnesota. Looking for caring and reliable nurse, who is able to work independently. Long term Care or Home Health experience is helpful, but not required. The care being provided in within Parkview Terrace Apts, Moorhead and Parkmanor Apts in Detroit Lakes.

Management experience a plus, this position does involve administrative responsibilities. Office staff includes LPN, Administrative Supervisor, and the RN Manager position. Most care is provided by resident aids and supervised by the RN and LPN. LPN will be responsible for supervising resident aids, addressing some concerns with staff, interviewing and hiring of employees, involved with orientation of new employees, filling in on schedule if needed. For nursing responsibilities see below. Bi-weekly travel one day a week is required to Detroit Lakes property, mileage and time paid.

Monday-Friday work schedule 8:00-4:00pm, paid holidays off.

Key Responsibilities for Nurses:

Nursing Assessments and Care Planning
Medication Management

Care Coordination with providers, clients and families
Hiring, training and managing employees
On-call rotation: one weekend a month plus one night per week and two holidays per year
Traveling to sister properties
Key Requirements:

LPN’s must be licensed in MN
Previous experience working in independent Living or Assisted Living preferred
