Once your session begins, the best thing you can do is… relax. Seriously. When your body is calm, your muscles and nerves are more open to healing.
Feeling nervous? That’s totally normal! Just ask questions, take some slow, deep breaths, and focus on your breathing. Inhale… exhale…
After the needles are in place, it’s your time to really let go. Notice your breath. Is it deep and steady? Try to soften any tension.
This is your healing time. Breathe. Relax. Restore.
