Okay friends, the concrete is in outside our front door!

➡️ You need to use the 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 on the 𝐖𝐄𝐒𝐓 side of the building.

There IS a huge parking lot back there, you can absolutely park in back! But if you want to take a little walk, you can still park in front 😊

The back door is propped open. Please walk through the glass door and down the hall.. there are signs posted!

Thank you for your cooperation as our landlord gets this stuff fixed so you can safely walk into our store 🙂

ᶠᵘⁿ ᶠᵃᶜᵗ ᶠʳᶦᵈᵃʸ!

Dr. Bonnie Goldstein (a very well respected medical cannabis physician), in her absolutely amazing, educational book, “𝐶𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑎𝑏𝑖𝑠 𝑎𝑠 𝑀𝑒𝑑𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑛𝑒”, explained the endocannabinoid system (EC) in a very simple way:

“The job of the EC is to regulate the flow of chemical messages that are sent between cells, with the goal of homeostasis. When we experience inflammation, illness, infection, or chemical or traumatic insults, our EC goes into action, trying to restore balance amid the cellular messages.”

Basically, endocannabinoids are made and released when we need them. When our EC is not working properly due to an imbalance, that’s when phytocannabinoids come into play. Phytocannabinoids are the compounds that come from the h**p plant - which is what you can find pictured below. Sometimes our bodies just need a little extra boost!

And that’s OKAY! 😏

☀️ Now that the weathers warming up and the sun will be beating down on us, using adequate sunscreen and lotion daily is a m͟u͟s͟t! Especially for little beauties like👇 who deal with eczema.

Her summertime skin routine:

👉 Frozen North CBD lotion in the morning/night
👉 National Eczema Association approved sunscreen
👉Fenty Skin sunscreen for the face (seriously 𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 stuff!)

It’s even MORE important for her to use a CBD based lotion before she gets into a chlorinated pool, or a body of water with a higher pH (the higher the pH, the dryer your skin - fun fact!)

I’m definitely not out there testing the pH of all bodies water she goes into… but what we definitely ARE doing, is all of the preventative care to help keep the eczema from getting unbearably painful.

Hydrate the skin, hydrate the body, 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗛𝗬𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘! 🧴💦

Having a CBD 𝐴𝑁𝐷 a h**p seed oil combo in a lotion is magnificent because we are doubling up on the omega’s - the fatty acids! Fatty acids, in short, keep the skin hydrated and healthy. Which is what this sweet little gal needs in order to keep her eczema cool, calm and collected.

I think it’s safe to finally say that now, right?

If you’ve been cooped up all winter (which felt like it lasted years) and you’re trying to get back into your outdoor walks or runs, you may notice you’re muscles a little tight.. mine definitely were the first day I went walking outside after not doing it for a while - yes, I stretched beforehand 😩

I 𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗲 by the pain cream. It was definitely my saving grace.
