✨ An Intentional Rebrand & A New Chapter ✨
Let me reintroduce myself—my name is Dr. Karla Wolford, and I love helping people reach their true potential.
Over the past few years, my life has changed in ways I never could have planned for. Those changes have shaped not only who I am as a person, but also how I show up as a doctor, a mom, and a practitioner. Naturally, they’ve also shaped my practice.
At my core, I still absolutely love sports medicine. Working with high school, collegiate, and adult athletes—helping them move better, recover smarter, and stay active long-term—is something I’m deeply passionate about. At the same time, my world has expanded in a really meaningful way. I’ve begun working more with infants and children through DMI therapy, helping little ones build strength and reach important gross motor milestones. This work is close to my heart and has become a major focus of my clinical care.
These days, you’ll find me in the office a couple days a week—usually with a Mango Zevia in hand instead of coffee—and the rest of the week I’m home with my daughter or attending therapies with her. Life looks different than it used to. It’s fuller, busier, and more complex, but also incredibly rewarding.
Because of this evolution, my chiropractic practice has evolved too.
For the past 4–5 years, I didn’t have a standalone chiropractic website or brand. My work lived fully under EHP Performance, and that made sense for a long time. But as the population I treat has shifted—more families, more pediatric care, more individualized sports medicine—it became clear that my chiropractic practice needed its own identity.
So you’ll start to notice new branding, a new name, and a clearer focus for this side of my work. This rebrand isn’t about doing something completely different—it’s about better reflecting what I already do and who I serve today.
The mission remains the same:
help people move well, feel strong, and live fully—whether that’s an athlete chasing performance goals or a child learning how to move their body for the first time.
I’m excited (and honestly grateful) for this next chapter and for everyone who has trusted me along the way. Thank you for growing with me.
