Beth says she is an" energy worker"; what does that mean?
I have an innate intuitive sense . I use different modalities to help folks clear out negative, or unwanted energy. I use my massage experience along with my own intuition, Reiki, which channels energy through source., cranial sacral techniques that involves me listening to your body and what it wants or needs . I also work with a modified version of the Trailblazing System which can pin point trauma, Lastly I am currently getting a 200 hour Yoga teacher certification and have work ed with a couple psychic mediums to increase my intuition skills. I use the skills from all of these experiences to clear energy, settle down anxiety, clear programming. The list is endless.
