💕Just some Valentines fun and a BIG thank you to Teresa Nygard for coming to sing for us. Beautiful voice and the resident seem to love it.

We made some cute little edible groundhogs yesterday and also did some art with the groundhog seeing its shadow. Some residents gave a 👍 and some a 👎, but either way had fun. Today we water painted, and some made some friendship bracelets. They enjoyed each others company with some laughs.

💐We did some flower arrangements, played Hungry Hippo, put out some Valentines decorations & the also put up our sweetheart tree. They shared stories about what they did on Valentines Day with their sweetheart, and yes we had so many laughs with some of the stories they told. Thinking they enjoyed this.

🥳Happy New Years! We played some games and enjoyed some snacks as we talk about New Year’s resolutions and how they celebrated it with their kids and of they had any traditions. They all had stories to tell, and thinking they enjoyed each other’s company.

🎅🏻🎄Santa brought extra cheer this year. All the residents loved seeing him with his gifts and of course his jolly hugs. We truly have the best Santa. Also want thank Teresa and April for coming in and singing Christmas carols and for the Gingerbread house Teresa’s church made. They are all truly grateful, Happy Holidays from all of us at Beehive.

Not even a blizzard could stop Steve Kraushaar from coming. Everyone enjoyed singing along to the Christmas carols, thank you Steve!

We are having door wars here at the hive. Staff were divided into teams and together decorated these doors. Please vote for your favorite, a fun prize is on the line! All likes and loves count as a vote. Voting will end Christmas Eve.

It was sadly Kayla’s last day today at the Beehive. We had a great last day with her as we all got together and got her a basket full of goodies, and playing cards together. Thank you for the laughs, talks, and just being a good person. We will ALL miss you so much and wish nothing but the best for you.
