Are you treating the victim or the culprit?

Imagine three people moving all these bags of softener salt by hand. If they aren't working together, somebody is going to be in a world of hurt tomorrow.

So do we just help the person in pain, or do we make sure the whole team is actually helping to move those bags?

🛑 Are you tired of being told to "just rest" that annoying pain away?

Rest can seem like a good idea initially, but too often that nagging pain keeps coming back the moment you try to return to your sport.

Instead of sitting on the sidelines, let’s build a plan that manages your symptoms while fixing the root cause of why you’re feeling that pain in the first place.

Why an "Active Recovery" approach works better:

Movement is Medicine: If you want to live an active life, your treatment plan needs to involve movement.

The "Rest" Trap: Complete rest can cause tissues to lose their tolerance for load, leading to that frustrating cycle of returning pain.

Modified Rest: We find "Green Light" movements—ways to keep the area moving and strong without aggravating your symptoms.

Root Cause Analysis: We look beyond the pain. Often, a lack of mobility or stability in one area leads to symptoms in another.

Because everyone starts from a different place with different goals, your treatment will look different than anyone else's! No templates—just a strategy tailored to your fitness journey.
