Eclectic Therapy Collective Women owned, unapologetically bold, redefining mental health care. We’re here for the real, messy, brilliant humans.

—Because everybody needs therapy.

February at Eclectic looked like:

Showing up.
Unlearning.
Trying again.
Setting boundaries.
Choosing yourself.

We are endlessly grateful for the humans who allow us to witness their stories.

This work matters.
You matter.

Consider this your permission slip to take care of yourself… without doing everything.

Pick one flower. Or two. Or none today.
Self-care isn’t a competition—it’s a practice.

Which flower feels most doable right now?

You’re allowed to be picky about your therapist. The right fit should feel safe, supportive, and real. A good therapist fit feels like being understood, not judged. And it’s okay to keep looking.

Meet Dani ✨
Down-to-earth, genuine, and effortlessly grounding—Dani brings warmth, humor, and realness into the therapy space. She's passionate about meeting clients exactly where they are and creating a space that feels safe, comfortable, and judgment-free. When she's not in session, you’ll find her soaking up the Minnesota outdoors or cozied up for a movie night.

At Eclectic, our values aren’t just words on a website...they guide how we show up, how we listen, and how we care.

We believe in authenticity over perfection.
Community over doing it alone.
Creativity over one-size-fits-all healing.
Inclusivity as a non-negotiable.
And empowerment that helps you trust your own voice.

This is the foundation of our work & the space we’re honored to hold for you. 🤍

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about romantic love ❤️

It’s about the friends who show up without being asked.
The work besties who make hard days lighter.
The family you’re born into AND the family you choose.
And the relationship you have with yourself.

Today is about connection, softness, vulnerability and letting yourself both give & accept love, in all the forms it shows up.

However you’re celebrating (or not), your way is valid. 💗

Often in grad school, therapists are taught to be blank slates. To stay neutral. To not show too much emotion. As if our reactions would take away from a client’s experience.

That’s something we truly disagree with.
Healing happens through connection.
Clients need a responsive, attuned human - not a stone cold face.

Showing up means being with our clients in their emotional world.
If you’re excited, I’m excited.
If you’re sad, I’m sad.
My reactions will absolutely reflect that.

This doesn’t take away from the work — it deepens it. It validates clients’ experiences and reminds them that being human means having a wide range of emotions. And we are here with you in experiencing them.

Neutral face? Couldn’t be me 😌

Been thinking it might be time to try therapy?
We know starting can feel like the hardest part, especially when waitlists are everywhere.

Good news: because we just opened, we currently have no waitlist and multiple providers accepting new clients.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this might be it.

Your space to show up, be heard, and start your journey.
