Today our residents enjoyed a relaxing spa morning filled with self-care and smiles! Residents soaked their feet, unwound with refreshing face masks, and even picked out the cutest headbands to complete their spa look. 💆‍♀️💖

It was a peaceful and pampering way to start the day—full of relaxation, laughter, and a little extra TLC!

☕✨ Our Gourmet Coffee Cart Is Here! ✨☕

We’re brewing up smiles with our fun and exciting gourmet coffee cart! From fresh regular and decaf coffee to flavored creamers, sugars, and all your favorite coffee add-ins, this mobile coffee station brings a cozy café feel right to our community.

Residents, families, and staff are invited to stop by, grab a cup, and enjoy the warm aroma, great flavors, and even better company. There’s nothing like coffee to bring everyone together! 💛

🐉✨ Appreciate a Dragon Day at Oakwood Terrace! ✨🐉

Today our residents went on a scaly adventure as we celebrated Appreciate a Dragon Day! They learned fun and fascinating facts about Bearded Dragons and then got the chance to meet and visit with a real, live Bearded Dragon 🦎💛.

There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and curious questions—it was truly an unforgettable, hands-on experience for everyone involved!

💖 Oakwood Terrace Sweetheart Dance Update! 💖

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing amount of donations we’ve received so far! We currently have a wonderful selection of gowns, button-up shirts, suit jackets, and women’s blouses for our residents.

If you are planning to attend the Sweetheart Dance with your loved one who resides at Oakwood Terrace, please contact Corrine, our Director of Memory Care and Life Enrichment, to let us know whether your family will be providing an outfit or if your loved one will need a donated outfit. This will help us ensure everyone is dressed and ready for a special evening.

💖 Community Support Needed — Oakwood Terrace Sweetheart Dance 💖

At Oakwood Terrace, our mission is to create meaningful moments and unforgettable experiences for our residents. On February 12th, we will be hosting a very special Sweetheart Dance — a prom-style evening created just for our memory care residents.

To help make this night truly magical for our 50 memory care residents, we are asking for the community’s support. We are seeking gently used, clean, semi-formal to formal attire for both men and women, in all sizes.

✨ Items needed include:
Dresses
Suits
Dress shirts
Slacks
Ties

📍 Donations can be dropped off at:
400 Gleason Drive, Moosic, PA

We are also happy to arrange doorstep pick-ups or public meet-ups to make donating easy.

🎸👑 Happy Birthday, Elvis! 👑🎸

Yesterday our residents celebrated the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll with one of his favorite treats—peanut butter and banana sandwiches! 🍌🥪 Smiles, memories, and a whole lot of Elvis spirit filled the room. Thank you, Elvis, for the music and the memories that live on!
