Our lovely residents at Oakwood Terrace were treated to pampering and makeovers to help them feel as beautiful as they truly are. To top it off, we hosted our very own Ageless Photoshoot to capture their radiant smiles and timeless beauty.

This July, we’re collecting animal supplies for Blue Chip Animal Rescue in Dallas, PA!

🌴 Beach Party Fun at Oakwood Terrace! 🌞

What a day at Oakwood Terrace — our first-ever Beach Party was a sunny success! Residents and their families had a blast soaking up the summer vibes by our very own backyard shore.

We fired up the grill for a delicious cookout, serving all the seasonal favorites. The star of the show? Our signature drink of the day: the Seafoam Freeze — a frosty “margarita” that quickly became the crowd favorite!

Guests grazed on treats from our Bucket Buffet — the perfect grab-and-go snacks between games, chats, and relaxing by the water.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us to make memories with loved ones. And an extra-special shout-out to our incredible staff and family volunteers — your energy and dedication brought this event to life!

We’re also deeply grateful to Pat Maue, and our Senior Advisor Karen, and her ukulele group for two joyful live performances. Your music brought so much happiness to our residents and truly made the day shine!

Here’s to many more sunny celebrations at Oakwood Terrace! ☀️🌊🍹

🌴 Oakwood Terrace Beach Party Announcement 🌊

📅 Date: Wednesday, July 16th
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Location: Backyard of Birch Hallway

We’re thrilled to invite you to Oakwood Terrace’s very first Beach Party! Get ready for a fun-filled day with summer games, music, delicious snacks, and refreshing drinks—all in our beautifully decorated backyard oasis. ☀️🎶🍉

🌞 Important Information for Families:
Seating: Chairs will be provided for our residents. If you plan to join your loved one for the festivities, please bring your own outdoor beach chair or blanket for comfortable seating.

Food: Families are always welcome at every event! However, meals are prioritized for residents first. We’ll have snacks and refreshments available throughout the day for everyone.

Weather Update: As of July 15th at 11:30 AM, there's a 24% chance of showers after 5 PM with a high of 87°F. In case of bad weather, we may reschedule the party to Tuesday, July 29th or Thursday, July 31st.
