Let’s talk about the Nefertiti neck lift using tox (any neurotoxin). Lasts usually 3-4 months.

This treatment does not entail doing all of the neck bands, which is a separate treatment that can be done. Just so I don’t cause any confusion.

“I’m just so afraid to get filler” 👈🏼 I hear this every single day.

Here is what I personally have done. Filler isn’t the problem. It’s the HANDS AND BRAIN INJECTING IT.

Only placing filler where it’s needed, with the LEAST amount as possible for correction, with the BEST product choice. Not all filler is equal. Different rheology (how thick or thin, how well they move with the tissue, how much water they draw in over time). Every injection has to be INTENTIONAL.

Don’t be afraid of filler. Just be smart about who you go to. There are many great providers out there. And there are many sales people out there. Know the difference.

Masseter Botox on the right candidate can be amazing at slimming the lower face.

A little chin/chin shadow filler doesn’t hurt either 👌🏼 we took her naturally round face, and created a beautiful shift. NO cheek filler was done on her, yet her cheeks look more lifted/contoured. We also did her lips, but I took the before pic after I originally did them 🙃. Two weeks between these photos.

P.S. Not all before and afters should scream what they had done. Not in my humble opinion. Most people want to look natural and that’s the only kind of work I do 🫶🏼

M-shaped lips: 👄

One of the hardest lip shapes to treat. Tight lateral tubercles accompanied by a dominant central lip tubercle in the top lip is what makes it challenging.

I usually tell patients with this lip type that they will be a 2 (sometimes even 3) session to get to their end goal. Slow and steady, but always worth it ✨
