Bio: “As the owner of Equilibrium Therapeutic Massage, I take massage therapy very seriously. My goal is to listen to the individual and provide a treatment plan that is beneficial in promoting pain relief. I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in January of 2016. Immediately out of school, I worked at a busy chiropractic office where I honed my deep tissue and therapeutic massage techniques. Specializing in pain management and mobility, I incorporate many different modalities into my massage, including Thai Massage, CranioSacral Therapy(CST), Cupping, Lomi Lomi, Gua Sha, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Stretching to give each individual client a contoured massage designed just for them.”
