New class starting soon! I will be holding them at the Rocksteady Gym in Cambridge.
Im still considering either Monday or Weds times.
The classes will be similar to my Calisfit classes. Mix of cardio and calisthenics. Best part is tis class will be FREE. Donations can be made if you are so moved but not at all necessary.
45 min class.

Big News...This will be my last year at 518 1st Str in Princeton. I need to spend more time caring for my husband and will be taking Betabfit back to my client's homes part time.
I will be selling much of my machines and equipment, so if you are interested in taking a look, let me know. WATCH FB MARKETPLACE AND THIS PAGE FOR ITEMS
As for the space, it will be available as soon as someone wants to take over my lease or at the end of the year when my lease is up.
It is a beautiful space. If interested come check it out.
I have enjoyed being in town so much and will miss it.
