MORA VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES, INC.

CONSTRUCTION FOR BUILDING ADDITION AND RAISED CIRCULATION WALKWAY AREAS

Mora Valley Community Health Services, Inc. (MVCHS) seeks proposals from qualified bidders: Contractor Services (Construction) for the purpose of constructing a 340 sq. ft. building addition and 668 sq. ft. raised deck circulation area. Qualified Offerors will provide services for construction, plumbing, & electrical work. Qualified bidders must be duly licensed and bonded. Request for Proposals may be obtained from the MVCHS Administration Building located at: 1 Mora Valley Clinic Rd, Mora, NM 87732 or by e-mail: joseph.lopez@mvchs.org. Completed proposals must be delivered to Erica Martinez, Finance Director, HR/Finance Building, located at 11 Mora Valley Clinic Rd, Mora, NM 87732, no later than 4:00 pm, MDT on February 21, 2025. If mailed, bids must be received before the time specified above and can be mailed to PO Box 209, Mora NM 87732. The envelope containing the proposal shall be clearly labeled “RFP MVCHS – BUILDING ADDITION” on the lower left-hand corner. Bidder to provide three (3) copies of their proposal. MVCHS shall open sealed proposals at 10:00 a.m. on February 24, 2025 in the Administration Building, 1 Mora Valley Clinic Rd, Mora, NM 87732. MVCHS reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals.
MVCHS shall retain final contracts and procurement records, consistent with 45 CFR 75.361 – for procurements paid for in whole or in part with Federal awards.
