Median Nerve Floss
This stretch is great for numbness & tingling in the first 3 digits.
1. Flex bicep with fist curled in and laterally bend head away from fist
2. Extend & straighten arm while extending wrist and laterally bending head towards the working arm
3. Take stretch to the point of tension then bring it back to the starting position
4. Repeat 5x
