I started my “Epigenetic Jumpstart lDiet” again today. Last year I lost 40 pounds. And have not gained it back! Now I’m going to lose the last 24lbs.
It is a highly restricted 81/6 intermittent fast. It’s not easy, but discipline never is. What I really liked about it was I felt good and the weight came off quickly. The book should be out in August.🤞🤞🤞.

CAT THINKING
I was working in the back studio, which is about 15 feet from the back door of the main house. I heard my orange tabby scratching at the door and thought he wanted to come visit. But no. When I came out the door he meowed, and went running for the back door and sat there expectantly. We are now clear who works for who in this house.

Life is good. Shape shifters will be open the first weekend of each month In Moraga at the same location. All services are the same with the exception of reformer classes. Unfortunately, those are all canceled.

My Beloved Shape Shifters is closing in Moraga California. We have been here In Moraga since 2009 and it has been wonderful. I so appreciate everyone I had the opportunity to work with.

We will be reopening in Grants Pass Oregon,it will not be the same but it will be a new adventure.
