Excited to be hosting Mom-aste this weekend near Lafayette Reservoir! A fundraiser to support MEF, the Moraga Education Foundation. I’ll be leading a nature hike & yoga asanas with social games sprinkled in to nourish the soul. While nourishes our bellies & bodies with cacao, a nutritious meal, and some tasty treats that I’m sooo excited to try! 😋
