Our veterans enjoyed a wonderful meal, meaningful conversations with fellow service members, a touching pinning ceremony, and delicious desserts.
We deeply appreciate the courage and sacrifice each veteran has shown in serving our country, as well as the unwavering support of their families. Thank you for helping us honor these heroes.

Respiratory and Nursing Center Trunk or Treat Celebration
Despite the unpredictable Ohio weather, our Trunk or Treat event was a heartwarming success! Originally planned outdoors, the celebration was quickly moved inside the facility—but that didn’t stop the fun. Employees, residents, and families came together to enjoy the holiday, share laughter, and make lasting memories. The joy and togetherness were felt throughout the building, proving that a little change in plans can’t dampen our holiday spirit!

We’re so excited to share that Respiratory & Nursing Center of Dayton and our friends at Bella Care Hospice will be hosting a special Veterans Day Celebration to honor the brave men and women who have served our country!

The Culture of Care Food Truck will be here serving a complimentary meal for veterans in our facility and in our community — followed by a pinning ceremony and dessert as we recognize their incredible service and sacrifice.

As a VA-contracted facility, we’re truly honored and privileged to care for those who have given so much for our freedom. We’re thankful for our continued partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Bella Care Hospice for helping make events like this possible.

🇺🇸 Foundations Health Solutions Honors Our Veterans 🇺🇸

We were proud to be part of the Welcome Home Veterans Event at Summit Park in Blue Ash, Ohio — a day dedicated to honoring those who served and remembering the families of our fallen heroes.

From the inspiring words of guest speaker George Eshleman, to the breathtaking flyover by the 910th Airlift Wing, the community came together in unity, pride, and gratitude.

A special thank you to the organizers, veterans, families, and all who made this event so meaningful. Foundations Health Solutions was honored to stand alongside our community in celebrating the courage, sacrifice, and service of our nation’s heroes.

We received this message from our local EMS and thought it was worth sharing. We know our staff are great, but it's nice to be noticed by others. 😊

On 8/25/25 at about 0530 in the morning, a resident experienced cardiac arrest while in your care. As the fire department responded, the staff worked diligently and efficiently to attempt to resuscitate the patient which was successful by obtaining ROSC. Being the Lt. on the crew (FD) observing the scene and assisting as needed, your staff provided excellent care and did an amazing job. I was unable to get names of the providers due to us having to transport the pt but I thought I would extend my gratitude for the wonderful performance. If you have any other questions, feel free to email me. Thanks again and good job! 🚒🖐👨‍🚒

A Love Story That Never Grows Old

Today, we had the privilege of helping our resident Jim celebrate his wedding anniversary with his beloved wife, Sue. With a dozen roses in hand and a chocolate cake he picked out just for her, Jim was able to make sure their day was as sweet and meaningful as the love they’ve shared through the years. 🌹🍫

At our core, the team here at Respiratory & Nursing Center of Dayton, believe senior care is about more than meeting needs—it’s about honoring lives, relationships, and love stories that continue to inspire us all.
