Healing is not becoming numb.

It’s becoming strong enough to fully feel life without being consumed by it. Sadness, joy, grief, love… they all move through us.

No feeling is final. No emotion defines who you are forever.

That’s real healing.

Sensitivity gives us information. Your body feels. Your mind feels. Your spirit feels.

We can feel a shift in energy, a painful word, even the smallest touch on the skin. We are sensitive on every level for a reason.

Pay attention to what your sensitivity is trying to tell you. Maybe you need rest. Boundaries. Peace. Connection. Healing.

Your sensitivity can guide you closer to what you truly need.

There is a place in the heart where we stop performing, stop striving, and simply meet God.

Not through the mind. Not through rules. But through presence.

It’s a deep inner feeling of communion, like your spirit remembering it was never separate from divine love in the first place.

Most of us spend our lives looking outside of ourselves for peace, for answers, for connection. But there’s this sacred place within that becomes known in stillness.

And once you touch it, even for a moment, it changes you.

Pain changes us. The question is how we move through it.

Jesus showed a different way. Not avoiding pain, but meeting it with stillness, honesty, surrender, and faith.

When life feels heavy:
• Get still instead of running
• Be mindful of your words
• Tell the truth about what you feel
• Surrender what you cannot control
• Stay connected to the Spirit of love, patience, and peace

This is how we endure without losing ourselves.

Feeling very loved and grateful celebrating another birthday 🎂

Thank you Leslie Calhoun and Allison Olmstead for making this birthday so special. The older I get, the more I appreciate good people, meaningful conversations, laughter, and simple beautiful moments together.

So thankful for another year of life and growth.

Spiritual rebirth is not always comfortable.

Sometimes we stay attached to old patterns because they feel familiar, even when they cause suffering. Growth asks us to become honest. To slow down, look within, and see ourselves clearly.

That takes courage.

But when you begin to observe your thoughts instead of being controlled by them, something shifts. You become more awake. More conscious. More connected to who you truly are beneath the mask.

This is the work of spiritual awakening. And it’s worth it.

Healing takes time, but God’s promise is restoration. Even the places that feel broken, exhausted, or forgotten can be renewed through His love and grace.

Hold onto hope. God is still healing.

Protecting our public lands matters.

More and more, powerful corporations are finding ways around protections that were meant to preserve nature for future generations. It can feel frustrating, but staying silent doesn’t help.

Choose something you care about and stay involved. A phone call. An email. Paying attention. It all matters.

Even small actions remind us that we’re still willing to stand up for what we believe is right.
