Success story from K.A. Dougherty
‘I have hesitated on posting this as I always want to present myself in the best light (ego). However, my oncologist was just so shocked to see my recovery in such a short time… I feel that I need to share this.
I had several skin cancer lesions on my nose ( I grew up on the beach in Cape May, NJ) that, if left untreated had the potential to metastasize.
The lesions were not really that noticeable to anyone looking at me (makeup can do wonders), but the ability to metasticize was the real issue. My doctors told me that it would take radical surgery and a year of reconstructive plastic surgery to get back to normal. The procedure included Mohs surgery and almost total removal of my nose, and what they call a forehead flap, to remove the cancer.
I DID NOT choose surgery. I went to see a radiation oncologist as a second opinion and, after deep thought, did choose to have radiation. I had 9.5 minutes of radiation, every other day for 4 weeks. By the way, this type of radiation is cumulative, and the real work starts when your treatments are completed. I had my first treatment on May 11, 2021.
I went to see my radiation oncologist for my post-treatment follow-up on July 8th, 2021. He was shocked at the condition of my face and skin in such a short time.
The picture of the lesions, as a result of radiation, was at the apex of my treatment, June 7, June 8 and June 11.
The after pictures, post-patching are from July 8, July 11 and July 14. There is also a photo of the mask that was made for me to administer the correct radiation dose, daily.
What I can say is…. I have been wearing my stem cell patch, which aids in recovery every day, for 17 months. Besides my stem cell patch, I have been wearing various other patches. Such as a patch to assist the up regulation of my glutathione!
Also, I was in pretty good shape, when I started the treatment, as I had stopped eating wheat, sugar and dairy, and had added to my mineral intake, thanks to Connie Lucas and Anne Moreau, for their support and love.
I really am amazed at the results. I am grateful to Lynne Cancer Institute of Boca Raton, FL for being there for this treatment AND to my ‘patches’.
By the way, I have been on this planet for 73 years.
To those who read this all the way through….thank you for reading this post. 🙏🙏🙏’
