• Gentle and Safe: Classes are performed in a chair, making them safe for individuals who may have difficulty standing or performing traditional yoga poses.
• Variety of Poses: While seated, participants can perform a variety of yoga poses, including stretches, strength exercises, and balance work.
• Breathwork and Relaxation: Many classes incorporate breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help participants release stress and improve body awareness.
• Accessibility: Chair Yoga is perfect for those who find themselves stuck in an office chair for too many hours of the day or for those who are nervous about traditional yoga classes.

Join Kristina, next Sunday, January 25th @ 2:30 pm for an afternoon of deep relaxation.☺️ This deeply restorative practice begins with guided Yoga Nidra to facilitate systematic relaxation and nervous system regulation, followed by an extended sound bath Savasana. The transition into therapeutic sound allows the body to remain in a state of conscious rest while vibrational frequencies support parasympathetic activation, stress reduction, and integrative recovery.

This practice is fully accessible, requires no movement, and is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing fatigue, chronic stress, or heightened nervous system arousal. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Blocks, blankets, and bolsters are available for you to use at the studio. Please bring any other comforting props you desire such as special blankets or pillows. Prepare to be on the cooler side temperature wise as you’ll be in stillness for the duration of the session. Wear comfortable clothing🕉️

‼️NEW Class begins this morning at 9:00 am! Mind Over Matter: Mobility & Yin Yoga w/ Jeanette🕉️✨

In this class you will start your journey witj movement to build the synovial fluid at the joints before coming into a Yin pose. Poses will be held around 3 minutes each using as few props as possible. Your focus will be allowing the mind to relax the ligaments and tendons around the joints☺️
