I love that feeling during or after an MFR session when I breathe or move and I feel my ribs or vertebrae go back where they belong effortlessly.

It's happened so many times but the most dramatic was when I was getting off the table at the end of the session and I arched my back into cat/cow yoga stretch.

That's when I heard 3 or 4 vertebrae pop back into place.

That's what the experience of MFR can be like, subtle, yet so profound.

“Not every mirror needs to stay in your living room”

This is the quote that ChatGPT shared with me when I brought it my current struggles as I go about decluttering my house (yes, I’ve recently started asking it to help me with things like these and seeing what it comes up with).

I liked it because it struck me that while it was literally saying I don’t have to keep things as they are…

I found it interesting to think that just like things in your house, you have things in your life that are a reflection of yourself. Things that feel challenging and give you opportunities to look deeper at yourself.

When I think of this quote like that, I love it! It gives you permission to change even if you’ve been holding onto something for a long time.

The same can be true of your body.

When you release all the physical clutter of tightness, restrictions and long-held pain patterns…

You literally feel clearer and lighter.

You’ve decluttered your “house”.

It’s more spacious to move around in.

You feel free.
