Barbara exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond every day. Recently, a patient’s daughter called, worried about her mother who was in pain and awaiting a referral. Barbara didn’t just take the call—she took action. She worked diligently to track down the necessary documents and made sure the patient was seen as quickly as possible.

Her dedication, compassion, and genuine care made a stressful situation easier for this family—and it’s just one example of how Barbara shows up for our patients and her team every single day.

Zoey is one of our wonderful Patient Service Representatives, and we are so excited to shower her with love as she prepares to welcome her baby girl, due October 11!
